All trainees registering on the training programmes will be required to fill in and sign an application form in order to apply for a place on the training programme.
Payment Policy
Placements are available on a first come first served basis. Full payment of the course fee prior to commencing the course is required. Places can only be confirmed on the course on receipt of payment.
Discount Policy
We offer discounts to contributing buying group members, group bookings, and our regular customers. Please contact us to find out if you are entitled to a discount. Access to ProPharmace Online Exams does not include the full resource.
Code of Conduct
ProPharmace Ltd reserves the right to dismiss any students from its training sessions if behaviour is deemed disruptive on the training days.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once trainees register on the training programmes we regret that no refunds can be processed. For all other cancellation/refund queries please email info@propharmace.com outlining your requirements.
