Are you a new or existing pre-registration tutor?

We have all the support you require to successfully start your tutoring role

GPhC Requirements

In order to become a pre-registration tutor, the GPhC requirements are that you must:

  • Be a registered pharmacist in Great Britain
  • Have been practising for at least three years in the sector of pharmacy in which you wish to tutor
  • Meet the GPhC tutor suitability requirements

In addition to this, all tutors should have relevant experience in the sector of pharmacy they wish to supervise in; and a clear understanding of their responsibilities and involvement in a supervisory role to support their pre-registration trainee throughout their training.

How Can ProPharmace Support You?

ProPharmace has been supporting both tutors and their pre-registration trainees for many years. We provide expert advice in all the areas you require. Whether it’s getting your premises approved by the GPhC, getting certified as a tutor, recruiting a pre-registration trainee and supporting them throughout the year with a training programme, you can trust us to support you through this journey.
