The programme assessment strategy is made up of both formative and summative
assessments and has been developed whilst taking into account your roles in a busy work-
place environment. The assessments are therefore proportionate and can be used as
evidence to meet your supervisor framework requirements and are intended to provide
assurance that you have gained the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to conduct
you role effectively as well as show evidence of application in practice.
Assessments will comprise of the following:
Multiple Choice Questions on completion of each module and on completion of the programme
Submission of a portfolio comprising the following:
Personal Development Plan
Peer Observation
Reflective Account
Multisource Feedback
You will be provided with guidance and tools on how to complete each of the portfolio components.
