Module Overview
Module 1:
The aim of this module is for the tPS to understand the role of the Practice Supervisor and how it fits in within the pharmacy education team, pharmacy department, primary care team or community pharmacy. The tPS will be able to identify the key skills required to be an effective practice supervisor and reflect on their own personal strengths and weaknesses and generate a personal development plan to develop these skills.
